John Frieda's Full Repair Range

Today's review is on John Frieda's Full Repair range of hair care products. John Frieda is the number 1 hair care brand in the UK, and is now available in Singapore at selected Watsons, Guardian and Cold Storage outlets.

John Frieda has 4 different ranges of hair products which deliver salon-caliber results at home. It's now convenient and affordable to solve your biggest hair problems and you can transform your hair into the look you’ve always wanted.
The 4 different ranges are-

Frizz Ease: Smoothes, hydrates and aligns frizzy hair for instantly easier straight styling results that lasts up to 24 hours.

Full Repair:  For the ladies who have hair damaged from colouring, perming, rebonding & heat styling.

Luxurious Volume: Transforms fine, flat hair into touchable, natural-looking volume.

Brilliant Brunette: Lock in rich, glossy colour and multi-dimensional tones for up to 10 weeks.
I have been using this range for 1 week now. This is my 'morning' hair before I started using Full Repair.
I had breakage, which is pretty much unavoidable when you have very fine hair... but what I hated was the breakage would turn frizzy and made my hair look less smooth.
The first step in the John Frieda Full Repair range is Care. To care for my hair, I washed it every other day with the John Frieda Full Repair Full Body Shampoo and Full Body Conditioner. These come in easy to dispense tubes. The scent is light and nice.

The shampoo has Inca Inchi Oil rich in omega-3. It lathers very well, and rinses off easily, without any residual feel to the hair. I like this a lot.

The conditioner smooths and detangles but feels weightless. It's not a thick conditioner, I found it very light and it would be suitable for daily use.
An additional, but very effective step in caring for my hair is the John Frieda Full Repair Deep Conditioner. This is like a hair mask which I apply to my hair after my usual shampooing. I use this just once or twice a week. It has the same light scent as the shampoo and conditioner. The conditioning result from this product is remarkable. My hair feels so much more smoother after using this.
After caring, I protect my hair with the John Frieda Full Repair Perfect Ends Deep Infusion. This is like a serum which helps protect against damage from heat styling. I use this sparingly, just one pump is spread throughout my wet hair, especially the hair ends. This product is rich in omega-3, so it conditions my hair as well as protects it.

I would say that it is of light to medium consistency. Spreads easily and is instantly absorbed into the hair strands.
The final step is Styling. I use the John Frieda Full Repair Protecting Root Lift Foam. It is a volumnising mousse.
I pump it out on my fingertips and then apply it towards the roots of my hair. This will give my crown volume when I am blow drying. This product also has heat protection so no worries using the blow dryer, curling tong or flat iron. Using this mousse makes my hair more manageable and easier to style. It has pretty good hold with a very natural result. Plus my hair feels soft and light...
This is the result! Even my bleached hair ends are smooth, and straight.
