It's already the 1st of July! We are officially in the second half of 2010! OMG. Where has the time gone? This year is passing way too fast.
Maybe it's because everything is in flux for me this year, every day is different, every new week is nothing like the last. I long for some comfort, routine and familiartiy in my life. But it is also great being able to experience new things, andbeing busy doing all the things I like.
I think I just have to find a happy balance. Soon.

Mom sewed Lola her own pillow because she doesn't think it's healthy to have my puppy sleep on the same pillow as me.

When we go to bed at night, I always put Lola on her own pillow...
But somehow, I wake in the middle of the night to find her on my pillow again.
Over the last week or so, I've been up late at night working/writing until 4 o'clock in the morning... so I don't wake at the usual 7.30am. It's really cute that Lola still wakes early, and will hang around patiently and quietly until I am fully awake.

When she gets really bored of waiting, she will rest her head on mine and make very soft growling noises.
I love my dog. :)

So cute!!! You're so fortunate that your dog cuddles up to you. My dog will insist to sleep at the foot of my bed. She just won't sleep beside me.
