This Seafood Buffet ends on 16 August 2019.

This is an international buffet but with more of our local flavours. We had unlimited servings of the restaurant's signatures dishes including Stir Fried Slipper Lobster Black Bean Sauce and Chili Crab with Mantou. Both very very tasty!
There's also mouth-watering hot dishes such as the Slow Roast Beef with Gravy, Steamed Whole Seabass Hong Kong Style and an assortment of desserts such as Durian Pengat with Sticky Rice.
My favourite section was the Japanese raw section of course.
I had plates and plates of salmon sashimi.
There's a DIY mocktail bar - a debut at Spice Brasserie. Make your own refreshing DIY mocktails, customize your personal concoction with a delicious selection of refreshing sodas and flavoured premium syrups such as Yuzu, Mango and Blueberry, and top off each drink stuff like lychee and sour plum. The drinks we mixed didn't taste good though. Lol. But still, it's fun to do.
Adamson & I went for the lunch buffet (thank you Fion for the invite) and it was not over crowded, lots of space and no jostling for the good stuff. :)
There's a larger selection of crab dishes (including Black Pepper Crab and Salted Egg Crab) and there's scallops for the dinner buffet so go for the dinner slot if you can. We couldn't because we had to go pick the kids up from grandparents house after...

Tomorrow's post is a review on the Sunday brunch buffet at LAVO, Marina Bay Sands.
