I Think I Belong In A Circus

I am on a mission to get fit (yes, again with the body obsession) and I'm actually trying to do it in two weeks (yes, again with the impatience).

Exercise is tough, I would really rather just watch re-runs of the Simpsons with a bag of Lays. But to my delight, today, Erik was gracious enough to help me out. It's so much better having someone to talk to and laugh with while exercising. Plus I made him take pics of me so I can blog about it. Original intention was to do a Holly Jean's How To Video on exercises or something... but I lost focus and just ended up with a jumble of pictures in the end. So I'm just going to post them here... and you make what you want of it!
An hour in the gym, and the best part was playing with an oversized red ball... I worry about me sometimes... maybe I belong in a circus...

Will someone please invent a machine that I can attach to my arms and legs... which will move them about while I sleep so I never have to exercise.

  1. There IS a machine to exercise for you; excites the muscles with electricity or something.
